Privacy at Humanly.stream
This page explains the data Humanly.stream uses for your account, sign-in and recordings.
Your account and Google sign-in
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and its verification status, plus your name and profile picture when Google provides them. We use this information to identify your account and sign you in. The requested permissions are openid, email and profile. Humanly.stream does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Google Drive or contacts.
Sign-in and necessary cookies
Our authentication service on the Humanly server processes sign-in. A short-lived cookie protects Google sign-in; another maintains your signed-in session. Session access tokens are encrypted on the server. Email sign-in uses the account details you enter. Visiting the website also sends technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser information, to our servers and the service in front of them, Cloudflare.
Recordings and sharing
Local recordings are encrypted in the browser on your device. Uploading privately is a separate, optional step. When you upload, we store your recording and its archive details on our servers. Sharing, publishing and consent to transcription processing are separate steps. Signing in with Google does not send recordings to Google.
Your Google connection and deletion requests
You can remove access for Humanly.stream in your Google account. This does not automatically delete your Humanly account or recordings. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your account and stored data, contact us at the address below.
